Several styles are produced with an extra deep toe box that accommades swelling, hammertoes and other foot problems that occur in the toe area. In addition several styles come with removable/replaceable insoles to allow for orthotic insoles; this also allows you to replace the insoles, extending the comfort life of the shoe.
